When you enter your stats into the system it gives you the amount of calories you should eat in a day. At your weight you are starving yourself only eating 1200 and your body will slow down. You need to eat more to lose.

What I meant to say above is that I am 5'3" and would love to be at 128. You don't want to be skin and bones!!

Are you lactose intolerant? That would cause those symptoms. Otherwise eat some cheese or a hard boiled egg to get more protein. Don't give up on the plan - it really works!!

I always weigh myself first thing in the morning before I have had anything to eat or drink!! I usually do it every 2 or 3 days but only actually weigh in to the site on Fridays. I could never wait a whole week!!

I am also Canadian and I started this plan after our Thankgiving!! However, I will log at Christmas (we are having 3 different dinners that week!) so I know I will be over but it will keep me on track for the normal days.

At 5"6" you are already below the recommended weight. You don't want to be a skeleton!!

The site gives you the calories you should eat. Eating less than that is not advised but you can increase calories allowed with exercise.

You could have the beef and broccoli with vegetables. The steamed rice is about half the calories of the fried rice.
