How many calories do people usually have left by dinner time? I work on 1300 basic per day and usually have about 800 by dinner. does this mean I;'m not eating regularly enough? I just dont get that hungry during the day. At night, however I could eat a cow (and a hippo).

I was just thinking oh thank God we dont have outback steakhouse in the UK as this removes all temptation... But I've checked and we have three in the whole country...one of which is just down the bloody road from my house! That knowledge may haunt me...

Thats great. Thanks guys! Really appreciate the responses. With cycling I'm going for endurance rather than resistance uphill etc. So if i understand correctly, i shouldnt end up with disproportionately big thigh muscles :smile: Thankyou! :flowerforyou:

Does running on treadmill and cycling on excercise bike build up your thigh muscles? I am desperate to lose weight from thighs and running and cycling are only things I enjoy... I know JUST how you feel!! I was engaged for 5 years and was growing it and groing it and growing it for my wedding (Aug 2008) so that I could wear it down and curly. So glad it's all off now!
