Best in tea bags when it combines with all sorts of things...chai and cocoa is the BEST theres also chai and green tea, chai and vanilla etc etc all good and as long as you're using low fat milk its very low on calories.....especially nice after dinner relaxing on the couch, when you just feel like…

  • A couple of rice cakes with sugar/fat free jam (Fifty/50 fo me) quite filling and way under 100cal if you're careful with the rice cakes you pick. I go for the Kallo organic ones which are only 28 cals and 6g carbs ...if you want savory - add some low fat turkey instead with mustard...yummo

  • One of my daughters cant stand fish...the only way I can get her to eat it is when I tell her its 'chicken'. This works especially well in any curry dish...you really cant taste the difference in a curry ...still all the goodness...just hidden in a deeeeelish curry...:laugh:

  • YESSSSSSS...I have the SAME problem. I struggle to get up to my daily calorie intake and then when I do I am ALWAYS over on either carbs or protein.... sorry not much help... anyone???

  • A proper French stick with cheese.....could easily eat the whole loaf! and french fries......STOP your making me HUNGRY ...... not strong enough for this conversation yet!! My tactic at the mo is not to have ANY of the bad stuff in the house....
  • How on earth is your green tea 100 cal??? Calorie-count website has 'Lipton' Green Tea listed as ZERO cal - ZERO carbs and ZERO protein. Unless your having it with milk and sugar (YUCK) cant imagne any herbal tea being 100 cal per cup! At the very least change brands...but sounds more like you've been given the wrong…
