I LOVE kale chips...and they are super easy. I made some tonight and I'm posting the recipe here: www.facebook.com/FitCoachHolly Come "like" the page and you'll get free healthy recipes delivered to your page. :)

Have you already been checked out by a medical provider as to whether you need meds? I'd suggest that first and then adding in some strength training to build muscle tissue in your body (and thereby your metabolism).

I meant whole wheat English muffins. ;)

I like low carb tortillas made by La Tortilla Factory. If you live near a Trader Joe's, they carry them. They also have some good whole wheat tortillas. They aren't necessarily low calorie, but they taste good!

Hi Pepper, I don't eat meat either, but do eat dairy, eggs, and seafood. How about you? I have some good recipes if you'd like some. :)

I agree with Ron. I always go over and I don't eat meat.

I'm doing P90X2 and am a Beachbody coach. What are your physical limitations? P90X has plyometrics where you jump quite a bit. There are also a lot of pull ups that can be modified by using an exercise band. There are also push ups, lunges, etc. If you give me a little more info on what you can and can't do, I'd be able to…

I think it depends on the person. I weighed the lowest ever (since high school) while I was breast feeding because of the calorie expenditure involved in breast feeding. Hope you are having some success using MFP!

P90X comes with a nutrition guide. Have you or your husband reviewed that?
