I use Vitasport Por7ein Synthesis in vanilla and chocolate. I blend with:

Frozen banana, mango, strawberry and/or raspberries. I did freeze some mandarin segments and mixed with vanilla protein. Yum!

I may also add almond butter, canned pumpkin or yogurt.

I usually mix with almond or coconut milk (unsweetened or sweetened).

I find with this limited amount of ingredients I can mix and match to make endless combinations of shakes.

Every morning I do this. I can't have milk, so I use water. I'm sure it would taste better with milk

1 scoop Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein Powder
    1 apple
    200 mls Water
    1/4 cup rolled oats
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    cinnamon to taste
    1/4 tsp brown sugar
    5 ice cubes

    Mmm... So good!

"Green Monster Smoothies" with 1/2 scoop EAS whey protein powder added. My Green Monsters usually include: 1 cup baby spinach; 1/4 to 1/2 cup Fage plain, nonfat greek yogurt; half a frozen banana; 1 tsp chia seeds; 1-2 tsp peanut butter; 1/2 scoop chocolate OR vanilla EAS whey protein powder (I get a huge bag from Costco); 1/4 to 1/2 cup water, as needed.

Other frozen fruit works well, I love frozen banana and cherries together.
