Down to 285 this morning. My goal at first 280 but now I'm thinking about 255. I haven't weighed that much since middle school haha.

Chicken, tuna, lean ground beef, almonds, natural peanut butter, almond butter, greek yogurt, eggs, broccoli, apples, bananas. thats pretty much what Im eating now. Oh yea, and dark chocolate, love that stuff.

Big Guys! I was getting tired of taking advice from tiny little women haha. Height: 6'7" Biggest: 415 at 19 years old Now: 290 Long Term Goal: 265 I still have a way to go but it feels good being the lightest Ive been since 9th grade.

Yeah, I really like running on the treadmill to but it does kill my leg. When i use the eliptical i feel super awkward, could be from my height. The worst part about this is that I signed up to run a 10k that is in 3 weeks haha, its going to be horrible on my knee! Thanks for the responses guys!

Thanks for the responses! But, when I log any strength training it doesn't count as any calories burned. So shouldn't I count that as part of the activity level? Also I'm a fairly large person, 6'7" and I have a good amount of muscle, so it seems like 2500 calories is low for me.
