I have a herniated disc and I'm kind of limited on what I can do, I don't want to fall back into doing nothing while I'm injured so I've been modifying my cardio and strength workouts to work for me. I understand if you're recruiting people who will do the sprinting, though it's all good ;)

I can relate, I tend to be an emotional eater at times and it's too easy to go to food when things are rough. BUT we have to try to remember that 1) that food is going to be gone in a few minutes and our original problem will still be there, unsolved. 2) that eating our way to happiness will just add more problems usually.…
