okay mommas. let's post here too so we don't have to sift through all of those other posts to find one another's measurements/goals.

my stats:

Chest: 39 in.
Waist: 34 in.
Hip: 37 in.
Thigh: 22 in.
(i also want to add neck and calf)
neck: 14 in.
calf: 13 1/4 in.


Personal Goal Format

walk or excercise 4 out of 7 days a week

    My November goal is to alternate cardio and strength training every day(with 1 rest day) all month, lose 10lbs, and to complete my food and exercise diary every day
