i started running in Jan this year, longest 12 kms, i usually run 5 kms * 3 times a week

so far i have tried it 3 ways 1. mixing with more coffee 2. mixing with milk 3. blending with banana to make a smoothie but its the flavor that makes me puke, will never order it again

No truth at all in this case it calories in and calories out, if you eat at 12am midnight too but by end of week you had defecit of 3500 calories you will loose 1 lb weight
