if your calories eaten shows 1200-1300 calories, do you eat more? and what do you eat? do you go for second serving?
or add oil to increase calories
eat a dessert?
MY FITNESS
i burn 500 calories 3 times a week when i go running, and strength training 3 times a week at gym
MY MEALS ----
breakfast is 120 calories bread slices along with egg and cheese slice - 280 calories total
i have started eating fruits and veggies for snacks
sometimes sliced tomato with lemon juice, salt and pepper
today i enjoyed watermelon, 100 calories * 2 times
lunch is sometimes protein salad, or brown rice with stir fry, which is again 400 calories
dinner is 400 again
i end up with 1200-1400 calories
do i eat less? now to increase my calories do i go for second serving? is it really important to increase the calorie intake?
or add oil to increase calories

Second servings may be a better option than increased oil.
Also, NUTS!!
Quick calories and less hassles0 -
Try adding 1 cup of full fat milk with the breakfast, and yes peanut butter, 1 tbsp does the trick.
Also try adding paneer to your stir fry veggies and also include nuts.0 -

TDEE-20% or 10% or 5% based on your goal weight and concentrate on macros....protein 1gm/lb of LBM...is the most important..if you follow IIFYM you don't have to worry about second servings etc ....:)0
