Currently Stationed in Honduras... we briefly were engaged. Iraq ruinned that one, but are currently rebuilding our relationship. :) we were destined from the start. Love conquers all.

Before I had my HRM I entered it in as "low impact" Aerobics. I have the 5 mile walk DVD and your not jus walking your kicking, punching, knee lifts etc. So.. I considered it a LOW impact aerobics. Now if you do her boost at the end of the walk for the 2 minutes consider that HIGH impact aerobics

I do the Zumba Wii and its a blast. Its Zumba mixed with a game. The more your energetic the more "points" you get and it unlocks more songs etc.

I normally do Zumba! Its a GREAT cardio workout.. or I do Lesie Sansome (i think thats her name) 5 mile fat burning aerobic exercise. and I've consistanly have lost 2 lbs or more a week.

THATS AWESOME!!!! I'm there with ya. I wear Old NAvy Jeans and at the moment I've been wearing 16's but even after washing them and trying to put them in the dryer to tighten up they are still loose. I'm trying to make my first goal in Jan of less that 200 lbs and I'm going to reward myself with Jeans that fit.. not sag :)…

HEY!!!! Well drinking more water ch day is very important. Yes the whole going to the bathroom will go away once you get used to it. Personally I drink 12-15 glasses a day. But its totally a personal preference on how much you drink but you should at least drink 8 glasses.
