Still have some work to do on my legs. Started jogging for distance and toning down. Surprisingly enough, my leg muscle is just too bulky for me, and I'm desperate to lose a lot of it, but that's my genetics for you.

A few times to Canada. Planning on going to Japan and staying there as long as I can.

Some people, like myself, lived at night. Sorry, when you work retail, you eat late and you eat bad food. BUT, while working Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and major hours around that time, I managed to get my weight loss going with a steady diet of McDonalds, Tim Hortons, and chocolate, even at 10pm, 11pm, or midnight.…

I must ask, though it's nothing on you, what is so brilliant about a piece of paper and an expensive ceremony that shows commitment? Sure, it's a legal agreement for the protection of one or both parties, but honestly that makes it seem colder. Maybe I'm weird, but I always thought commitment started the day you decided to…

Been with my partner almost 5 years now. Though I definitely find her attractive, being solely attracted to someone physically is just not sustainable. For years, we have been, as my Japanese professor referred to us, "close friends." My partner isn't just someone whose company I enjoy, or who I am attracted to, but also…

Weighing myself has made me more aware of the changes that happen with food, water, exercise, etc. So I don't feel bad about gaining that pound or two anymore. I know my body is just changing. But if I see the same number (or similar, like half a pound up or down) 3 days in a row, and it's less than the last week, I must…

Both groups have incredible vocalists. :-P How can someone NOT like them?

I have a few stations based on genre: Rock: Iron Maiden, Metallica, Godsmack, Kamelot, Atreyu, etc. Dance: Tiesto, Daft Punk, Armin Van Buuren, Ayumi Hamasaki, Justice, (C2C's going on there at some point...), etc. Pop: N*Sync, Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Lady Gaga, 98 Degrees, etc. Ska: The…

Why not count up the calories of what you're eating and just type it into Quick Add? Sure, it's not the best, but it keeps you on track, at least, if you don't want to log through the database. Or, maybe you could make meals once and have the system remember them. There are a lot of tools here to make it easier for what…

I'm 26 and a Fine Arts graduate! Now to find those elusive art/graphic design jobs... Lost 20 pounds this past year. Trying to get as close to a "normal weight" as I can while being healthy. 155 is my current goal, and I'm seeing that coming up :) Feel free to follow me if you like!

I'm trying to slowly add more healthy food, cut red meat (and most meat for that matter), and add fruits and veggies. When I get the chance to move out, maybe I can spend more time making menus and shopping for myself. My shopping trips will always include a bit of chocolate, however, because I need chocolate to LIVE…

I'm a tiny person (at 5' 5", I'm not the smallest, but it's certainly below average), yet for the longest time, I was wearing L and XL shirts, 38x30 pants, and Size 8 4E shoes. I'm now in S shirts, 32x30 pants, and Size 6.5 E (a standard wide) shoes. What's weird about the shoes is that I thought I had wide feet like my…

"It's genetic." I even believed this for a while. That I'd never get fit because I come from a heavier family. Yeah right! Now that family keeps telling me, "I wish I could lose weight like that," yet they never take my advice.

The pastry is the problem. Poke a hole in it, and simply drink the high fructose corn syrup, It's a liquid, so it doesn't stay in your body as fat. Then throw the pastry away or give it to your dog. I dropped 3 dress sizes in a week with this miracle diet secret.

I love peanut butter. I think a lot of people get caught up on just the numbers, like the calories or fat, but forget that those fats are actuallygood for you. That's why I hate Low-Fat diets. I tried doing that my first time around and didn't get anywhere. Your body needs fat to live, and good PB is a good source of it!

Plateaus are tough, but you sometimes have to sit on not losing weight for a while until your body starts to drop again. Weight loss will slow down at times, and as long as you aren't gaining, or aren't gaining much, from week to week, you are on the right path. For now, try to keep those 20 pounds off and see how you…

I replaced all soda cravings with Seltzer. I found Schwepps Lemon Lime to be a perfect replacement for Sprite, and at 0 calories and no sweeteners or sugar, it's much better for you! 2 ingredients: Carbonated Water and Natural Flavors. Also, cutting out soda right from the start helped me to lose 10 pounds in about a month.

Haha, It's been about...8 years since the first pic, though I didn't have many good pictures taken of me. The only reason I had that one was for a self-portrait project in college XD. Didn't change much until after college, so it still kind of works for my before pic. However, I grew my hair out in about 2 - 3 years after…

I usually don't. Most times I get through the depression just fine without eating for comfort. Today though, the cravings for food just would not quit, and I never felt full. I don't know if it was just the added amount of work lifting and carrying stuff I did today (they put me in the back room as opposed to the sales…

I have very little milk now. Grew up drinking 2%, still use it on cereal, but that's about it. If I get anything for a drink, it's water and tea. However, I've been planning to add some soy milk to my diet and switch out my cereal topping altogether. :-P I say what others have said, drink what you enjoy, just work it into…

Glad you found out what was causing it. Hopefully you can work through it and have a healthy sex life :)

I'm 5' 5" and I want to be between 150 and 160. 160 is my current goal.

Spiritwarrior: Seriously? 3 months? I've dated for almost 4 years, and while I've done some intimate things with my girlfriend, I haven't had sex. And it was my choice, too. While I do *kitten* from time to time (wow, getting very TMI in this post!), I usually only do it when my body feels it's necessary to do that. Then…

Hahaha! Love that title. And now to make it completely inappropriate, my best job! I teach the martial art of Kendo to kids and adults. Lots of fun and great exercise! Only a couple hours a week though, so I have to have a crappy retail job, too. :(

I cut out all pop and only have it on occasion. If I can help it, I ask for water. For me it was the fizz, so I drink seltzer water and sparkling fruit juice when I need something fizzy. I used to be addicted to Mt. Dew for a while. Screwed up my body something awful. When I cut it from my diet, the headaches and sickness…

I lost 7 pounds, and I'm now at 170! :D

I have very dense bones and a wide frame, but I know that I can lose the weight, because I've seen it happening. Certainly if something runs in your family such as thyroid issues or low metabolism, you can gain weight easier than others. But much like every other condition that affects your food intake, you just have to…

Fit into Size 32 jeans for the first time in my life. I'll explain: The last time I was this thin, I was in 9th grade, so I was still getting junior's clothes (yeah, I'm a short guy). I'd always have to buy "Husky" or "Relaxed Fit" too, but yesterday I tried on "Regular Fit" jeans and a medium shirt, and they fit…

Even so, I wouldn't cut my hair for anything  I love having it long!

I feel like I need to post here even though I'm two inches off. I'm 5' 5", but I'm a guy  I've been the shortest guy pretty much all my life. Shortest guy in my family, shortest guy in school, etc! But I've got longer hair than most women, so it balances out (I guess)!
