I have done it, and it was okay. LIke I mention, with the vitamins and food change and definitely weight loss I have gotten my period and I saw changes. I would recommend the jumpstart.

Ladies, there is this lady thats has this website called pcosdiva.com. She is wonderful and really helpful. When I started her program and had gotten my period after almost a year with having it. She has menu plans.

My hair isnt that long, its just airy and everywhere. I do see alot of small hair everywhere but they just dont stay put. Im afraid to use different chemicals.

Really!! I was on metphormin but I stopped bc I would notice my hair falling off in bundles.

Has anyone thought about using Rogain. I bought this book about PCOS and there is an drug for it but not here in the US. So the doctor recommends using rogain.

So you dont recommend the DVDs then. Im debating in getting them. I only have one that came with the wii game. But the game and game consule are in another state.

I do Zumba and I use this website www.zumbacalories.com. Dont know if its accurate but I sure do sweat alot. Im doing the Zumba Concert Party

Funny how I was just thinking of my goals for May and I had set my weight loss goal of 10 pounds. So definitely count me in!!!

At first, I honeslty thought metformin cause my hair to fall out but after reading and getting myself informed and realize that metformin wasnt the cause. It did help me in losing couple of pounds last year
