I weigh every day but just update on here on a saturday morning before breakfast. I also measure myself as sometimes I gain 1 or 2 lbs but lose an inch or two!

This works. I used to have problems until the doc told me to try this. This should be the first thing in your mouth in the morning which flushes through anything 'stagnant' which has been just 'lying' there all night. It takes a few days but now I have no bother.

Well I added my stats to the spread sheet but then broke my rib the next day so obviously haven't been exercising but also not really moving as it hurts. So I'm out of this challenge but will join another when I've recovered :ohwell:

I injured my knee by landing on it wrong on day 3 last time I tried. Had it strapped up for 2 weeks after and couldnt put weight on it. When I started it a 2nd time, I just jumped stright up and down. As long as you keep moving it all helps. I'll be using 2x 3lb weights as thats all i have.

I'm starting day 1 tomorrow but not going to be too hard on myself if I miss a day. When I tried it first time and missed a day or two I thought 'oh well might as well give up'. This time is different. As long as I do 30 days I'll be happy.....even if it takes me 40 days to do it. Count me IN!

Well my goals were only have bread one day a week and do 30 day shred every day. I know it's only Tuesday but I had a slice of pizza (which I class as bread for the dough) but that's the bread out of the way for the week. I've stuck to the 30 ds and on 2 nd day and it's a killer! Can't wait for day 30 to be over!
