I run about 5 miles plus followed by weights or pillates on my regular gym days, and i have not seemed to loose weight. i tried once, but it required me to do crazy pull ups and other stuff and i gave up :(. besides i didn't have much space and tools to work with. A friend swears by it though.

the pee part is crucial. I drink so much water that I can barely run because i have to go pee. good luck !

I am having the same problem, my weight fluctuates so much despite vigorous workout and healthy diet which is very discouraging. Did you see any difference in your weight after a month? I haven't but i think i have gotten a slender calves . i don't know what to do to loose those stubborn lbs. :(
