  • Okay, my blister has healed on my heel. I applied glide on my feet and also wore socks that runners use that have extra padding on the heel. I did my walk today and ended up with a blister again on the same heel as last time, just not as big. Im wondering if the heel spur could be causing it. What do you all think?
  • I just bought another pair of shoes. I had my feet fitted. I owe 2 pairs so I alternate them.
  • I usually do interval walking on treadmill. Today I did 3.5 walk for 2 minutes, jog at 5.0 for 1 minute, did that off and on for a good 30 minutes. Then towards end of walk I did 1/2 mile at 4.2 straight through, so that was an accomplishment.
  • I cant believe you jog barefoot. I finally found me a good pair of running/walking shoes. I usually have problems with my heels hurting all the time. I spent $110.00 on them but well worth it.   • My calorie goal is 1200, Im always below it, sometimes way below. I dont eat extra cause of my exercise net calories. I eat 3 meals a day and snacks. Depending on how much I work out is why sometimes Im way below.

  • I'm on a treadmill every other day for 65 minutes. I walk at 3.5 and every quarter of a mile I jog for 1 or 2 minutes.
