Thank you, I didn't see your response until now. I am a USTA member, so I will check out their site. I am especially looking for workouts I can do inside during the winter because in Maine an outdoor workout is out of the question for all but the most insane/hardcore. So thank you for the recommendations!

Me, too! This is so much cooler than facebook. And honestly, I enjoy the anonymity of this. If I tried this same weight loss approach with people I knew more closely, friends and family, they would not be nearly so supportive. This is a great environment.
