I am actually on here more than facebook, in fact i enjoy this more than facebook, and this inspires me to stay off facebook and spend more time working out...

    Me, too! This is so much cooler than facebook. And honestly, I enjoy the anonymity of this. If I tried this same weight loss approach with people I knew more closely, friends and family, they would not be nearly so supportive. This is a great environment.
