At first I did it every time I went to the gym, but now I think I'm going to wait another week or so to weigh in again. I'd say every two weeks would be good as long as you stick to your diet and stay active.

Normally I go to the mall in mornings before it opens and walk around with my son for an hour. Then I go to the gym after dinner for another hour.

You should have pulled out your phone and pretended to take a picture, then got on it and said "Santa, I'm sending you a picture of a kid who said he didn't want any toys... Got it?, Ok thanks..." and then put it back in your pocket and walked away.

Yeah the more in shape you are the less you will need your emergency inhaler. When I was doing a lot fo Kung-Fu I rarely used mine.

My current goals are to do at least one hour of cardio at the gym every night after dinner. My mini goal is a ten minute mile, which I'll be starting tonight.

I'm only 6'1', but I did sell jeans for the better part of my adult life. I'd say a 36 would be about perfect. 34 would also be ok, but only if you have a naturally really slim build.

It's well worth it, just stick to it and try to walk at least 3-4 miles a day. Cardio is the key to weight lose. I've only logged in for ten days and have already lost 5 pounds.
