Hi, I started yesterday and I'm feeling excited/nervous/motivated at the same time. i'm looking forward to finally being in control of food rather than food being in control of me. The amount of support on here is amazing.

It's well worth it, just stick to it and try to walk at least 3-4 miles a day. Cardio is the key to weight lose. I've only logged in for ten days and have already lost 5 pounds.0
