I find that sweet eating is more of a habit than a craving. Try keeping a bowl of small cherry tomatoes nearby and pop one in your mouth when you feel the urge. They are really sweet and tasty right now

I skip exercise on the day then some slow jogging the next day; I also try and eat liver and green veg such as broccoli in the following week to replenish my iron levels

I agree - porridge is good and takes all of three minutes in a microwave. Add sliced banana

Well done - you look terrific!!! But maybe the dress is a bit dated?!

In the UK (but probably not in Thailand!) there is a health & safety obligation for new members to get familiarisation training on the equipment. I think, for losing weight you will need to concentrate on the cv machines - the treadmill, crosstrainer * bike. Personally I hate the bike because it leaves me feeling…

For iron eat lots of spinach and watercress in your salads; broccoli and cabbage are also high in iron although I realise they are not to everyone's taste. I throw some into a stirfry which helps

And hello to you from sunny Kilmarnock. Good luck with your regime - you have done extremely well up to now and you will do even better with MFP. Glad you find the iphone app - I have it too and it makes it less of a chore if you just add in your food and exercise as you go along.

Do not go down to 110lbs - that is too thin. Why do you want to look like a stick insect? real women have curves. Do not be seduced by the likes of supermodels or Sex and the City women. They are not natural and I bet my bottom dollar they are not healthy

Good for you; it's hearing good news stories like this that keep the rest of us going:happy:

I think that it's impossible to eat your five-a-day without going over the sugar level. But it is natural sugar and as long as you are not adding refined sugars to anything you should be OK. After all, all carbs that we eat including the complex starches break down into glucose (another form of sugar). Also added sugar…

My word - You americans love your peanut butter - Reese's peanut butter cups have swum the pond and I love them too. My kids always liked little cherry tomatoes with the insides scooped out and filled with cream cheese
