i do take Swanson Lechithin, Kelp, B-6 & Cider Vinegar vitamin each am w/ the rest of my vitamins. it has 80 mg. cider vinegar. i was ordering B-6 and got this because it had the vinegar in it. figured it wouldn't hurt me :smile:

maple farm fat free honey mustard is the only FF or lite dressing i can handle but great suggestions on here that i need to try. 35 cal. my DH makes a Greek dressing w/ lots of garlic, lemon juice and a little olive oil... Walden Farms makes me gag

yes and i thought my scales were broken!!! then realized they were not and i was in serious denial- that was in August so started eating more protein and less carbs and now 25 lbs. lighter - and still losing! did WW for a long time before that and gained all the weight back. have finally found a good plan... tracking here…

i just figured it out and Riverside just provided the link! yay!!! go to goals and change to custom. plug in what you want daily calorie count is and the percentage of protein, etc.

i add left over coffee to all my chocolate recipes and really good with Syntrax Chocolate Truffle protein shakes (100 cal, 23 g. protein....) blend w/ coffee, ice and the powder....just like a chocolate shake! :-) i make extra coffee in the am and save it in the pot to add to other stuff....
