112 Calorie Brownies

These were pretty good, had a nice chocolate flavor but were just a teensy bit rubbery, (possibly ½ tsp baking powder would solve that).

1 pouch Betty Crocker Fudge brownie mix
4 oz container Yoplait honey vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
dash of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

Measure into cupcake pan to make 12 brownies total. Bake according to package directions or until toothpick comes out clean. I topped with ¼ tablespoon of Nutella (nutrition content below is for brownie only) and it was a yummy chocolate treat. Next time I will add the baking powder to make them a bit airier.

Everytime I try to make these they come out goey?? Any suggestions? I heard adding a can of just diet coke to brownie mix works too. Haven't tried it yet.
