i'm doing a high protein, low carb plan that is approx. 1100 cal. a day and the percentages are 60% protein, 20% carbs and 20% fat. what should i set my totals to for MFP? right now i have it at 55 g. for carb, 165 g. for protein and 25% fat...that doesn't seem right, i must be tired and can't figure it out!! thanks!!

you can change the percentages themselves, and it will adjust the grams.
Although, I must say, that's a really low calorie number...especially if you're working out. I would consult a doctor before starting restrictive plan like that.0 -

Calories are too low IMO.
And when you cut carbs you eventually will need a re-feed.
How about just eating right and using aerobic activity to lose the fat?
BTW most fad diets fail.0
