Hahaha that sounds like what I eat everyday, but even less. And yes I think it would work but only if you eased in to and out of the diet and if you followed it for several weeks.

My weighing schedule is kind of complex. I weigh my self at my grandparents house every wendsday because they have a digital scale, but the scale is inaccurate (I guess cause it's old). Thanks everyone! This will really help me with my food plan and I feel alot better knowing that tracking my sugar intake isn't a priority. Also thankyou for the breakfast ideas, Im definatley going to try the grits and plain yogurt! :D

I used to just sit and eat nutella. Every now and then I still do that but Ive almost completely broken that habit :) I also used to sit in front of the TV and eat ceral or crakcers w/ cheese.
