1 week to go, any tips?

so i've been working out pretty much nonstop for the 8 weeks in preparation for this cruise next week. I havent lost any weight, but i have gotten in pretty good shape. Any last minute diet tips out there?
disclaimer: i know that crash diets or dieting in general really doesnt work for sustainable weight loss, i've been on MFP for a year now, i'm just looking for a little extra oompf for this cruise and then its back to my usual healthy MFP lifestyle

Depends on what you're looking for when you say "extra oompf." Cutting sodium a bit if you haven't already could probably help with any extra bloat.0

I would drop as many processed foods as possible and have smaller meals more frequently to boost your metabolism. Good luck!0

Water, water, water. Will make your hair nice and shiny, help flush the crap out and make your skin clear, although you may come out in a few spots in the first couple of days. It will also help flush out the retained water!
Have fun, which cruise liner company are you going with? I love cruises, been on 2 and planning the 3rd for the honeymoon next year!0
