1 week to go, any tips?

so i've been working out pretty much nonstop for the 8 weeks in preparation for this cruise next week. I havent lost any weight, but i have gotten in pretty good shape. Any last minute diet tips out there?

disclaimer: i know that crash diets or dieting in general really doesnt work for sustainable weight loss, i've been on MFP for a year now, i'm just looking for a little extra oompf for this cruise and then its back to my usual healthy MFP lifestyle

    Depends on what you're looking for when you say "extra oompf." Cutting sodium a bit if you haven't already could probably help with any extra bloat.

    I would drop as many processed foods as possible and have smaller meals more frequently to boost your metabolism. Good luck! :D

    Water, water, water. Will make your hair nice and shiny, help flush the crap out and make your skin clear, although you may come out in a few spots in the first couple of days. It will also help flush out the retained water!

    Have fun, which cruise liner company are you going with? I love cruises, been on 2 and planning the 3rd for the honeymoon next year!
