I can't see losing that 10lbs to be much more than water weight, honestly, especially with all that coffee and tea. That will totally flush out your electrolytes and water, so most of that weight would probably come right back on after you stop.0

That's a sad-looking meal plan.0

So ... Starve yourself ... I am sure you will lose weight, but 10 lbs worth? No. 10 lbs is 35,000 calories ... Or in better terms, 36 hours straight running at a decent speed.0

I would be so hungry on this diet. I can't imagine you wouldn't put the weight back on, once you started eating more calories in a day.0

I never said i was personally doing it myself...0

specific foods really wouldn't make a big difference. It's that this "plan" is so low in calories. You could eat anything you want as long as you keep it to this level of calories and lose same amount of weight. Of course, 10 pounds is a lot. Would have to be mostly water weight and very short term loss. Might be good for a wrestler trying to drop pounds before a weigh in. Other than that, what's the use of it? And from my high school wrestling coach, "anybody can lose 5 pounds overnight just by spitting...."0 -
Hahaha that sounds like what I eat everyday, but even less. And yes I think it would work but only if you eased in to and out of the diet and if you followed it for several weeks.0
