I have always been a Sugar-Free French Vanilla. I just started using Super Creamer because it has protein and fewer chemicals. It takes a little getting used to because of the taste of monk fruit, but I recommend it!

I have been eating full fat cottage cheese with some fruit every morning, and it really fills me up! I think the thing that I miss and look back and think "oh my, what was I drinking/eating" was my Dunkin Donuts standby - cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and an XL caramel or pumpkin spice coffee with cream. Oops!

I am in the same boat! Somehow I let 15 lbs creep up on me :s Going to Mexico in 5 weeks eek!! I am not trying to do a crash diet or anything, but I think I am going to limit my carbs to fruit and veggies and see where I end up.

I am avid runner and got PF maybe ten years ago. There was no way I was going to stop running despite what the doctor said! I tried all of the different running shoes and landed on Mizuno Wave Riders/Inspires. Ten years hasn't been a problem since. Highly recommend!!

I think it really depends on your body! I'm 5'9" and 145ish. The top of my frame is pretty skinny and I carry my weight in my lower body. I can easily do a small in tops (not a lot of boobs to fill them out lol), but for bottoms I am a medium or large, depending on the brand. I shop almost exclusively at Express, and I am…

Eat peanut butter! Or some greek yogurt and fruit. I used to eat sooo much ice cream before bed. I can't just eat a little bit (that is me). But now I seriously just eat a big spoon of peanut butter (natural) and its very satisfying. Complete food!

3/4: 3 mile jog with dogs this morning. 6 mile lunch run. Was not expecting to run so much. Honestly, I am happy it is out of the way, but I never do tempos back to back. We have an off site work lunch/meeting tomorrow. SO thankful I brought workout clothes today! Had to run on the fly. Didn't have headphones or running…

Use your height to your advantage! There are so many sports where being tall is a huge advantage. Don't feel discouraged! Join a rowing team-seriously! If you take up running, you can be an Athena runner and place!
-
3/2: 8 miles. Supposed to be snowy/icy tomorrow. Only planned to do 5 miles, so decided to do extra just in case!

Hello! I am a marathoner and suffered from PF a few years ago. I was on/off running for about a year. I would stop running for a month, and then it would just flair up again. Honestly-hands down best thing I EVER did for it-was switch my shoes. Mizuno Wave Riders or Inspires. Do NOT run in anything else! I got PF wearing…
