Actually you can do a "salad" instead of the bowl. They put romaine lettuce on the bottom, and then add your yumminess. Don't get the dressing they offer though! It's LOADED with salt!

I get that too! It's so annoying! I'm like, yes, and while you are eating your 1 sandwhich, this salad with chicken and black beans and salsa is going to keep me fuller way longer and keep my cravings at bay! But they don't get that. Thanks for the reply. =-)

Hi there! I am looking to lose 110 lbs. I started mfp back in October, on Halloween actually! Kind of fell off for a while around the holiday but now I'm back and motivated. =-) We can do this ladies...and gents! No more being overweight!

I used to get those all the time. It's probably because you are just hungry in general! Try eating dinner later or having a pm snack after dinner like a bowl of high fiber cereal with ff milk or an apple with pb. Make sure you save the calories for it! =-)

Order what you want, but get the sauce on the side. That way, you can add what you want to it and probably won't use nearly as much as then would normally put on it. I always see it in my face first, then the upper part of my waist, right below my bust. I sometimes can feel my love handles getting smaller too! I love that! This time, when I see these changes, I will keep going! =-)

This is my first week using myfitnesspal. It's great! I've tried losing weight before, even lost some weight. But I've always gained it back because I go right back to my bad eating habits. Good luck, we can do this!
