Weekly Goals... do you have any?

From now on, I'd like to make 5 weekly goals to meet.
1. Start Couch to 5K first thing Monday morning.
2. Eat more veggies than fruit.
3. Stay out of the red on my carbs and sugar (eating less fruit should help)
4. Eat only raw foods.
5. Get back under 200 pounds... (I gained 15lbs over the holiday season... yikes!!!!)

I gained 5 lbs over the holiday and I am having some trouble getting back on track for some reason. I did lose 3 last week but I feel like I may I have gained it over the weekend. I think setting weekly goals will help...here goes:
1. I too would also like to start couch to 5k, this afternoon. =-)
2. Log everything I eat.
3. Be active EVERYDAY of the week.
4. Prepare.
5. Get back to post Holiday weight so I can start losing more weight again!0 -
I did my C25K today... and remember why I quit the first few times I tried it. I hate running -- but I'm going to stick with it!!!!0

My weekly goal is to 1) go to the gym 5days out of 7 and do 35mins of exercise and 2) to lose 2lbs per week. I no its only small but got to start small to maintain. Put on faaarrrr to much weight over the festive season. Not good.:sad:0

Small goals are better than no goals!!! I also gained a lot over the holidays!!!0
