  • i do tend to have similar problems during my period and the days before, so what i've done is increased the amount i exercise and really increased the amoutn of water i drink. Water seems to make a huge difference for me.

  • I lost 1.6 this week bringing my total to 5. I started MFP striclty on the 1st of November (I was a member previously). I hope i can balance out my food and exercise in order to maybe speed up the weight loss a small bit (i'd like to average 2 lbs a week) but i am happy i am losing. :)
