Yay i lost this week. Unsure how or if my scale is broken, but it shows a lower number and I am going to take it.

Well, hopefully next Friday I will be at 60 lbs lost, but I want to just bypass it to 61 or more. I am going to tweak my eating to see what happens.0 -
Well what can I say. I have lost 0.4lb this week. After my mammoth exercise challenge last Sunday I decided to take the week off as I have not had a break from exercise for many months. However I have been careful to ensure that I have stayed within my calorie allowance all week. I am beginning to think that my body is telling me that I have reached my ideal weight. It is quite possible that I have more muscle and certainly I am more toned now than I think I have ever been and my abs are beginning to have some definition. I shall keep going until Christmas and then make a decision about whether or not to move to a maintenance level.0

I usually weigh in on a Friday but this week and next week it will be a Thursday because going to London next Thursday so will not be able to weigh on the Friday.
Lost 1.4lb this week and reached my Christmas goal weight which I'm so happy about0 -
Lost 3lbs this week and now 3lb from first mini goal which I would love to reach before Xmas0

Still holding steady at 150. Glad I didn't go up during Thanksgiving week!0

.4 lb loss this week, essentially a maintain. TOM coming up soon plus Thanksgiving = perfect storm. I figure I will drop the extra water retention by next week. Glad I didn't go up!0

I was originally a Friday weigher....but changed to Tuesdays recently. I've found I like Friday weigh days better so I'm going back to Friday!! I'll report in next week!0

Down to 146. I'm serious when I say I'm not sure my scale is at all accurate. It's really old and there seems to be so much variability in my weight. I tell myself that the exact number doesn't matter, the trend downward is what matters.0

I weigh everyday but only record my weight on Friday mornings. I didn't lose anything this week but the same thing happened a couple of weeks ago and the following week I lost 3! I just keep on course and "know" that I will be rewarded eventually for all my hard work and perseverance. I do not allow myself to get discouraged because I KNOW I am doing everything to guarantee my results. Good Luck everyone!! and remember to stay the course...if you slip up...start everyday brand new. Once you hit your stride you'll be off and running to a new healthier you! I am down 44 pounds in the last 4 1/2 months---this program helps me stay on track.0

2.2 lbs down this week, for a total 34.6 pounds since end of July. Whee. back on track without a hitch!0

I lost 1.6 this week bringing my total to 5. I started MFP striclty on the 1st of November (I was a member previously). I hope i can balance out my food and exercise in order to maybe speed up the weight loss a small bit (i'd like to average 2 lbs a week) but i am happy i am losing.0

I am pleased to report that I lost 1.3lb this week. I have tried to ensure that I drink more water and that I move more and that I stick within m calorie allowance and it seems to have paid off. If only I were so focussed every week.0

Holding steady at 146. My hope is to get down to a consistent 145 and stay there until the New Year. Going to New Orleans next week, and of course it's also Christmas season... could be a rough time, weight-wise!0
