  • :mad: I am so angry with myself! I stopped going to the gym three weeks ago and when I went back yesterday I had gained all the weight I had lost back. I am so dissappointed in myself. Is it always this hard? I dont want to be this way anymore:sad:

  • I have this 1950's pinup dress that I want to fit into so bad! It's hanging in my closet waiting for the day.......::blushing:
  • I do a lot of mixed media artwork mostly with acrylic paints and collage work. Also use clay when I can find the time

  • I don't know that I feel any ier but I do know that after the initial having to really force myself to work out everyday, now I really look foward to it. It makes me feel good when I work out now and to take some time to work on me.

  • Definetly try it again! I was intimadated for the first few minutes but it was just so fun even not knowing most of the steps. The most fun I've had working out in a long time.

  • :love: ::love: :love: I am so in love with this Zumba dance class I just took at my neighborhood YMCA! I burned almost 500 calories in an hour and the music is really upbeat and fun. Has anyone else done this class?
  • So I've been pretty good about watching what I eat and I lost my 1st pound! Hurray!!! I have a question though.When I exercise it adds calories to my calorie allotment for the day. Am I supposed to use those calories as well or what?
