:blushing: Hi all. Just joined hoping for support to get thinner. Tried everything else so why not this? Was completly embaressed to fill out my first food diary and so ashamed of myself. So whats the next step?

Welcome, You've come to the right place. A lot of great people. Drink your water that does help. :drinker: Put your food in your food diary before you eat it that way you will know how much you can have. Also read the posts they are very helpful :happy: Good luck :flowerforyou:0

Ive only been here a few days but everyone is so nice and I have learned ALOT!!

So I've been pretty good about watching what I eat and I lost my 1st pound! Hurray!!! I have a question though.When I exercise it adds calories to my calorie allotment for the day. Am I supposed to use those calories as well or what?0
