I'll throw my oddity out there - when doing weights it's always something kinda fast such as Audioslave, AC/DC etc as many have suggested before.

However, for cardio (treadmill, elliptical, bike or running) no matter what I play I just never seem motivated and slack off subconciously (guess I'm bored). I went back to my millitary roots and the iPod has Run To Cadence W/ The U.S. Army Rangers and Run To Cadence W/ The U.S. Army Airborne. It just keeps me on pace and helps block out how much a boring/sucky elliptical is.

Trance music does the same for me - but to each their own.
  • I thought of more.....

    Holiday - Green Day
All My Life - Foo Fighters
    Damaged - Danity Kane
    Disturbia - Rihanna
Hot N' Cold - Katie Perry
I Hate This Part - *****cat Dolls
If You Could Read My Mind - From Studio 54 Soundtrack - Artist?????
    It's Raining Men - The Weather Girls....hahahahaha!!!
Knock on Wood - Mary Griffin....more disco!
Love is a Battlefield - Pat Benatar
Mambo No. 5 - Lou Bega
    Radar Love - Golden Earring
Remeber the Name - Fort Minor
See You Agin - Mylie Cyrus
The Way You Make Me Feel - Michael Jackson

Ok....very eclectic mix....a little Rap, Pop, Disco, Metal :drinker:
