I have one more semester to go after summer break before I am a RN. I have gained 9 pounds over the past year! I can not stress to you enough to establish healthy ways to deal with stress before you are in the program! It is a tough process that does have rewarding moments. Feel free to add me as well :)

Ugh, now I feel stupid! I know that stuff doesn't work! I did not do well on Friday and Saturday with staying anywhere close to my calorie goal. I mean I went to a festival called, The Taste of Syracuse AND had beers. Ugh. I had a desperate moment people lol. Give me a break :smile:

Thank you so much everyone!! Every tip has been helpful! What I'm realizing is that joining the gym was the best thing that I could have done! It mentally clears my mind, burns those calories, and am able to suck down those beers (once in a while). It'll just mean more time at the gym the next day! Which will be worth it!…
