Need friends on here for motivation
I was active on mfp 6 months ago. Life got crazy finishing up nursing school. I'm now graduated and ready to get off the weight that I've been saying I'll deal with later. Later is here now!

Nursing student?

Preparing tilapia
I am making fish (Tilapia) for dinner tonight. I have a seasoning that I am going to use. My question is, can I drizzle a little olive oil on it instead of using butter?

Do you have a time that you will not eat after in the evening? Does metabolism slow down?
