  • Christina's "Fighter" got me through! Day 2 .... DONE.
  • My plan is to stay at each level for 9 days, 2 on then 1 off for 3 circuts. Then do level 1 and 2 together on day 28 and level 2&3 together on day 29. Take off on day 30 before starting something new. My wsy of thinking is we atr strength training and your muscles need rest to repair themselves.
  • I rolled out of bed, ready for day two. But all my body could say was "ow, ow, ow"! Gonna try and push through since tomorrow is my off day...
  • I use my phone to log things in too. I like the ability to scan barcodes or I would use my kindle. :tongue: Going to send you a request.
  • I just finished level 1 of 30 DS ... like JUST finished. I'm drenched and sore already but I feel so energized!

  • Not sure if its great but I use fitness mags to check out new strength routines. Some are for the more nimble but sometimes their wrbsites keep archives of the older, less challenging ones. I personally like SELF.
  • I am going round two with MFP, lol. I used it after the birth of my 4yo and it worked great. I now have a 2yo and I have to beat bat the fat again. I friended you and hope we can recommit together!
  • Hiya! I have been down the weight loss road many times ... and usually with success. But I find after each child (I have four) I have put the weight back on. I used MFP before and know it is a great tool to help. I will help to keep you motivated as well, if you'd like. It's true, you lose more weight with friends!
