  • Personally I think it's more to do with life and other obligations as we get older then it is to do with your age.....4 months=38 pounds....just hard work, exercise and eating right. Maybe I'm just lucky but I firmly believe you get out of this what you put into it.....

  • MFP does it for you when you enter that activity.....I have a heart rate monitor for everything else. BUT, I do find that the MFP's calculations are very close to my HRM on most things. And, Thank you! I had a ton of energy last night do decided to go for a run.......it was a bad idea...REALLY HOT!!!

  • Just looked back through the last couple weeks of my log....noticed my sodium and potassium levels could use to come up a bit. Sounds like those may be a good place to start and see if it helps at all. Driving me nuts, sit a a desk all day and every time I bend my legs back my hamstrings cramp......
