    Ran about 2.5 mi Friday and walked 3.5 mi today. Can't remember the rest of July! Sorry!

  • I'd like to join! I cycle and have been back cycling the last few days.
    This is a great challenge. I have thought about doing something similar - like walk a marathon in a week or something like that but this is perfect. It's a managable distance for me by cycling so, I'm in!!

    I cycle in kilometres so my goal is 161km for July. Here we go!......

    did 16.6/100 on the bike yesterday :)

    Went for a cycle to the shops this morning and a run just now, bringing me up to a total of:
    21.4/100

    2.6 running in the bag this morning.
    24/100!

    9.6 of mountain biking over the weekend, then I face planted in the bike park and crapped up my leg and shoulder.
    Given the state of my limbs, just did a gentle walk today (1.6) and it'll be a while before I am back to serious riding or any running.

    Total so far: 35.1/100

    ok, this sounds so cool... I walk quite a bit - and a little running (about 5 miles a day) and I want to get in on this action. but you will have to pardon my not knowing how to do this. I feel a litte dumb.. lol. I'm new to the message boads and just came across this post,so i may be a little late? can you help get some more knowledge of this please? How to log miles and the such? thanks! :)

    Doing okay so far a third of the way there a third of the month in.

    All my miles are from cycling - hoping to go on a longer ride at weekend...

    2/7/12 = 12.5 miles
    5/7 = 12.2 miles
    10/7 = 12.2
