    I am at 5 miles so far.
    Anyone out there takes spinning? I am not sure how to determine the miles since there is nothing on the bike. Any advice is appreciated. 5 miles elliptical plus whatever one hour of spin class gives me.

    I hope it's not too late to join - I'd love to play too!! I'm in Canada, so I measure km's, but I'll do the conversion

    July 1- 2km run, 2km walk
    July 2 - 2km run, 2km walk
    July 5 - 4km run

    Total so far = 12km or 7.44 miles

    Looks daunting, but my mileage will be steadily increasing...

    I'm training for a half marathon - I'd love you to add me if you're a runner too!! :)

    ok that is a little over 3 miles per day and since I can do it anyway I want I think I will join in but this month is already close to half done so I can count all the miles I have put in from the beginning. That will take some calculating. I feel a lot of swimming coming on along with zumba and just plain old walking. Thanks for the challenge.
