Went for a cycle to the shops this morning and a run just now, bringing me up to a total of:

9.6 of mountain biking over the weekend, then I face planted in the bike park and crapped up my leg and shoulder.
Given the state of my limbs, just did a gentle walk today (1.6) and it'll be a while before I am back to serious riding or any running.

Have only been doing relatively short, gentle walks the last few days (as leg still tight & sore) but should be cycling again tomorrow hopefully
