    July 18th- 3.32mi walk + Niagara Escarpment stairs + 5.04mi cycling
    July 19th- 3.34mi "yog" + WU/CD (finally cleared for easy jogging miles again! wohoo!)
    July 20th- Rest
    July 21st- 4.98mi run including WU/CD walk + 9.03mi cycling
    July 22nd- 5.37mi run to/from the gym including WU/CD + lifting
    July 23rd- Spin for unknown miles - avg class is around 16-17miles?
    July 24th- Tried to run with major muscle pull/tear - 2.95mi hobbling/walking/crawling instead
    July 25th- Healing/Rest day, 5.01mi cycled
    July 26th- 2.58mi jog/walk intervals + lifting
    July 27th- Change of plans! 3.04mi run + 1.78mi walking
