    This challenge is great! I've worked harder this week, and am excited to reach the 100 miles!

    July 31: 3 miles (2 running, 1 walking + strength training)

    Monthly Total: 90.6 miles
    Okay, so close to goal but didn't make it :(
    On a positive note, I incorporated much more strength training, calisthenics, scuba diving and dancing!!!

    Can't believe I did it! Total for July = 150.58 (walking, jogging, cycling). I'm in for August! Great motivator! Congrats to everyone! Whether you reached 100 or not, you accepted the challenge and you worked at it! :drinker:
