Sorry ladies, I did it for 60 days plus some...I would also do about a 2-3 mile jog here and there...I tried to stay between 1200-2000 calories

HELL : ) Google it. I enjoyed it, had to skip over going down the fire men pole as that is my worst fear, hope to overcome it for next years race!

Just do what you can, I am on week 3 and still sometimes hit the pause button but I finish. Just do it and stick with it!!!

I am 220 and 26 years old and on my HRM I burn 400-500 calories a day. I am trying each day to stay under 1300, I don't know if that is right or wrong. Interested to see the answers.

I DO get a break at work. I CANT workout on break.

I drink a lot of crystal light or flavored water you can get at the grocery store.

I get that, just like on the 17 day diet they says to choose a bbq sauce with 15g or less. Just wondering what most people intake with in a day
