This is literally the most HORRIFIC diet I've ever been on.. (for 2 weeks just to support my meat eating bf who wanted to try it) I'm, by no means, the cleanest of eaters, but eating nothing but meat and fat-free dairy was DISGUSTING- AND I only lost a couple of pounds. Started eating FRUIT, veggies and good carbs again…

Something I forgot to mention- the juice fast reset my palette. I HATE salads, but during my "cleanse," all I wanted was a huge bowl of lettuce and avocado. Hah. That being said, it's tough. Don't want to do that again for a while, but I do plan on incorporating fresh juice into my diet regularly.

Yes- me. I went on a 3 day juice cleanse to quickly and healthily get over a plateau. Lost 4 pounds, and did not gain it back once I resumed eating at my recommended calorie limit.

I eat it all the time for lunch. I have a cup of miso soup (about 50 calories), a salmon and avocado roll (about 250-300 calories according to MFP), and 2 pieces of albacore sushi (around 115 calories). You can substitute brown rice for white rice, but I don't because I like to keep a few indulgences. Makes dieting a bit…
