That's a great idea thanks. Never thought of blasting something in the microwave at work before I leave, it will be just the right temperature to eat when I stop for a break.

I could do but I have found that if I have a main meal at lunchtime I get sleepy/lethargic in the office in the afternoon! Hopefully that won't happen in the evening lol.

Thank you some great tips there. I forgot about nuts and I have some almond butter which I might take to work along with some crackers. What is trail mix ? I haven't seen that in the UK. I think I might give myself an extra 100 calories a day and have small snacks to stop myself getting ravenous. Also will increase…

My favourite snack is wholewheat rice cake with low fat cottage cheese & pineapple. I sometimes have one or two of these when I get home from work if I am really hungry, so that satisfies me a little then I can get on with preparing a healthy dinner. It also satisfies my sweet tooth.

Some great ideas with beans. I must confess to not using raw beans to cook with at all. I tend to use tinned beans. I also love chick peas. I shall try the chicken and beans soup and also the beans with garlic as a side dish but maybe have salad with it as a main. Mmmmm.

That's exactly what I am like!! If there are chocolates in the cupboard they will talk to me until I get them out and eat them! LOL!
