EW, one more thing I did as I read how everyone is saying you'll want snacks. I packed in my purse like 100 calorie almonds, or Turkey Jerky for when/if I did get hungry. And that way I didn't indulge in the bar food:)

I'm glad I saw this. I'm 5'2" and at 156 right now, I'm aiming for 149 for now. But would be happy to get at 139 or less eventually. Baby steps:)
