  • I just got the 30 Day Shred in the mail, but I haven't popped it in yet. i'm excited tho.
  • I WAS taking Women's One-A-Day multi. I was taking them with food, as the label states, yet they always seemed to make me feel nauseous so I stopped taking them. I haven't yet found another vitamin that doesn't do that to me.
  • It's nothing wrong with eating 5 or 6 small meals a day. Yes, you're still eating, but if you cut your portions down, it doesn't make you feel like "oh my God, i'm eating all day." The good thing is you are realizing what you're doing. It takes a lot of courage to admit to yourself and others that you have bad eating…
  • You already know the chips & dip are not a good thing to snack on. Try snacking on heathy veggies. If you're craving that crunch you get from chips, try snacking on celery or apples and dip them in a low fat peanut butter (if you must dip.) There are plenty of alternatives. Even 100 calorie snack packs. But there is…

  • I'm at work until midnight, so I'm having a Stouffer's stuffed 3 cheese & ham melt with tomato bisque. It's only 380 calories for the entire meal and it's quite tasty. :)

  • I smoked a pack every 2 days for 17 years before i quit on Dec. 1, 2008, one day after i turned 32. I got a very bad respiratory infection and i had to go to the doctor to get a breathing treatment on a nebulizer. I learned I developed asthma and bronchitis as a result of my smoking. The doctor told me if I had to come…

  • Hello, I just joined the gym last week. I have been before, years ago, but I was never consistant. My body hurts like CRAZY! So you know i've been hearing "no pain, no gain" lately from my friends. I just try to work through the pain, knowing that its only temporary and after while, it won't hurt at all. Like you…
  • Starting over is better than giving up altogether! Try having a "cheat day" once a week. I love all things bad, especially when it comes to food, but my determination to change my life is stronger. I hope you're able to get back on track and avoid temptation. Just keep at it! :flowerforyou:
